Plastic Surgery in Men

It is very common for Men to pursue plastic surgery.

It can be for improvements in facial aging:

  • Eyelid lift (blepharoplasty)

  • Brow lift

  • Face/neck lift

  • Botox

  • Filler

These interventions can be done either individually or together to create a subtle refreshed appearance.

Many men are turned off by the overdone celebrities they see; however, our goal is to help you look natural, refreshed, and improve your function by lifting your eyelids and brow to NORMAL position, since drooping skin can obstruct your vision.

Liposuction and body contouring

It is also common for men to seek removal of fat or excess skin after weight loss. This can be a great adjunct to a healthy lifestyle when maybe you are unable to fully get the body you desire.

Gynecomastia

Men can have enlarged breast tissue called gynecomastia. This can be caused by many things and should be evaluated by your surgeon.

Depending on the amount of excess tissue, it can be removed via liposuction, excision, or combination of both.

LIPOSUCTION

This patient was an excellent candidate for liposuction only, because he has minimal skin laxity and overall stubborn areas of fat. Here, he is only 2 wks post op and already has a great result. He will continue to shrink down as his swelling dissipates.

He also has correction of his gynecomastia through liposuction of his chest wall.

Total areas addressed:

Upper and lower abdomen, chest wall, flanks, lower back.

GYNECOMASTIA

This patient is 3 months post treatment for gynecomastia which for him included liposuction and direct excision of excess tissue from beneath the nipple.

He is very happy with the results.
