This patient underwent an inverted T or Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty after massive weight loss.

This operation is great for body contouring when there is significant skin laxity and can remove skin in both the vertical and horizontal dimension.
As you can see, the back skin laxity is also addressed by removing excess at the midline.
